From first point of contact to last, I felt i was looked after and my voice was heard. The doctor had a wonderful manner and treated me with dignity and respect. Was widely available to me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. Offered detailed explanations and discussed all options available thoroughly. On meeting Mr Madhok for the first time he explained everything about my condition in great detail and the side effects of surgery. On understanding all of what he said and answering all my questions I agreed to go ahead with surgery. I can honestly say that everything went exactly as he said with no complications. I am very pleased with the outcome and the care that I received at the Nuffield Derby nothing was too much trouble. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Mr Madhok he’s a great surgeon highly recommend.
